Competition Licenses
The minimum competition licence required to participate in a MSCASA event is a Motorsport Australia Speed or a Speed Junior Licence.
Speed Licences
A Speed Licence allows you to compete at pace in events such as Regularity, single and multi-car Speed Events, Drifting and Touring Road Events.
It is designed for competitors – from the age of 14 – who want to explore the full potential of their vehicle and driving ability at speed and against the clock, as opposed to fellow competitors on-track.
Single Event Licences
The Single Event Speed is a simple, flexible and affordable entry point to grassroots motorsport.
Participants can complete a Single Event Speed Licence application before or on the day of an event.

You can apply for a Motorsport Australia Speed via the Motorsport Australia Member Portal.
Digital Licence
View your current Motorsport Australia licence/s from your mobile device with the Motorsport Australia App.
This free app is available on the App Store and Google Play, and it is directly linked to your existing Motorsport Australia Member Portal profile.
The digital licence is your official proof of eligibility and can be presented at events.
